Understanding Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer traditional refunds once a product has been successfully downloaded. Ebooks, like software or music, cannot be physically “returned” in the same way as a tangible item.
Download & Access Policy
Upon purchase, your order is sent to your email address. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before downloading.
- Your email download link expires after 48 hours.
- Downloads are limited to 10 attempts only. The link will stop working after 10 clicks.
- All transactions are final and complete after 48 hours. Receiving the same ebook after this period requires a new payment.
We recommend saving your download immediately after purchase.
Exceptions
We understand there may be certain cases where a return is warranted. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] if you experience any of the following:
- Corrupted or Inaccessible File: If the file you downloaded is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will either replace it with a working copy or provide a full refund.
- Accidental Purchase: If you purchased an ebook by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We may issue a refund if the ebook has not been downloaded.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same ebook twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase.
Dissatisfaction with Content
While we strive to provide high-quality ebooks, we understand that personal taste is subjective. We cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the ebook’s content alone. We recommend carefully reviewing the ebook description, sample pages (if available), and any reviews before making a purchase.

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Our team will review your case and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
Important Notes
- Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe (within 14 days of purchase for cases other than technical issues).
- Purchases cannot be reclaimed after 48 hours of the transaction.
- We reserve the right to refuse return requests if there is suspicion of abuse of this policy.
